The Timepiece is strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and the extension of validity is not allowed.

Club sign-ups/ renewals

The welcome gift will be issued on-the-spot after your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal has been successfully processed over-the-counter, subject to availability. All redemptions are final and kindly check your redeemed items before leaving the clubhouse.

SAFRA App/ m.safra.sg

A Gift Redemption Letter (GRL) will be sent to your registered mailing address within 2-3 weeks after successful processing of your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal. If your GRL has expired or is misplaced, please email m.marketing@safra.sg.

No exchanges of gift item, unless faulty, are allowed once the redemptions are completed.

Exchange of Faulty Gift

Welcome gift comes with a limited warranty period (excluding SAFRA Rewards Vouchers) and you may bring the item to the nearest SAFRA Club or contact the Service Center within the warranty period for an exchange/ repair.

Experience E-Vouchers

The set of Experience eVouchers will be added to your eVouchers wallet in the SAFRA Mobile App within 4-6 weeks after successfully processing of your Principal (Ordinary/Associate) membership application.
The validity of the eVouchers will be 3 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
You will receive these eVouchers in addition to your entitled Welcome Gift, if applicable.
To receive your eVouchers, you must create a mySAFRA online account and log in to your SAFRA Mobile App, click on 'eVouchers' icon and access the 'Wallet' tab.

EnergyOne Gym

Members must complete a Get-Active Questionnaire (GAQ) before using the gym facilities.
Promotion is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or to offset any other offer.
Members must adhere to gym rules and regulations. EnergyOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for conduct that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
EnergyOne Management is not responsible or liable for any personal property loss or bodily injury arising from using gym equipment or facilities.
EnergyOne Management reserves the right to amend and introduce rules, terms and conditions, including the withdrawal, alteration, or addition of benefits, obligations, and privileges at any time. The decision of EnergyOne Gym is final.

BBQ Pit

Valid for booking of the BBQ Pit at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang, SAFRA Jurong, SAFRA Mount Faber, SAFRA Tampines, SAFRA Toa Payoh and SAFRA Yishun, or Culinary Experience Studio with BBQ Pit at SAFRA Punggol.
Please present this e-voucher to our customer service counter at the SAFRA club where the booking is desired. Our customer service officer will assist in checking on the availability of the BBQ Pit. If available, you may proceed to make the payment to confirm the booking.
E-voucher is valid for booking for 1 slot only.
Limited redemptions per month. Bookings are based on a first come, first served basis.
Limited to one-time usage only.
E-voucher is not stackable, non-transferable, not for sale and not exchangeable for cash or to offset other promotions and packages.

Members who wish to book the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility must visit the Customer Service Counter at the specific SAFRA Clubhouse where they intend to use the BBQ Pit or Selected Facility. Our customer service officers will assist in checking on the availability of the desired facilities and you may proceed to make payment for bookings if slots are available.
Bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Promotions are not stackable, no-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or offset any other offer.
Validity of promotions are as stated. There will not be any extension of the validity period.
Regulations for facility bookings and utilisation will apply.

Supporting documents required for new SAFRA membership:

Ordinary (A) Membership: 11B, NS booklet (screenshot from OneNS), SAF SmartCard or Certificate of Conduct.
Ordinary (B) Membership: Certification Of Service (COS), Letter Of Discharge from National Service, NS LifeSG Credits via LifeSG app (Login to LifeSG app > tap on NS LifeSG Credits > tap "View transaction history" > screenshot the transaction credited by MINDEF)
Associate Membership: 11B or payslip

Should you have any problem retrieving your NS document, do reach out to MINDEF at contact@ns.gov.sg to request for a copy of Letter of Certification (LOC) for the SAFRA Membership application.

SAFRA Membership Sign-up/ Renewal Terms & Conditions

SAFRA Principal Membership

Ordinary/Associate Membership (excluding SAFVC) sign-up/ renewal is applicable for:

Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.
Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2038).
Not applicable for Life or Family membership sign-ups/renewals.
Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.
NS Excellence Award (NSEA) vouchers cannot be used with any ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions and are applicable only against a 2-year SAFRA Membership subscription at standard pricing (i.e. excluding discount).

SAFRA Family Membership

The family membership is only applicable for:

Wife and children (aged 5 – 18)
New sign-ups/renewals

Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.
SAFRA Family Membership subscription must be accompanied by a valid Principal membership and the expiry date of the SAFRA Family Membership must not exceed that of the Principal membership.
Wife and children of Ordinary A (excluding NSFs)/ Ordinary B/ Associate/ Life members are eligible for SAFRA Family Membership.
Child Family members’ age must be lower than 21 years old at the end of the membership tenure.
Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2038).
Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.

Other Terms & Conditions

SAFRAPOINTS cannot be used to pay for SAFRA Membership application or any other ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions.
This promotion is only valid for one-time sign-up only.
This promotion is not valid with other SAFRA membership promotions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the SAFRA General Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
SAFRA’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding on all qualified SAFRA members.
SAFRA may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
